Apophenic Connections Update

Added logic to hide ‘ruler’ or ‘owner’ connections based on ruler/owner limits. Updated code when adding a ruler to connect the ruler to the thing, set the AP connections, and gen a title. Added Kingdom connections to all existing connectors such as building, regions, NPC etc.
