Filters have arrived!

Filters are now available for each main collection page such as Planets, Kingdoms, NPCs, Quests etc. The filter options are specific to each element type.

This update also includes a couple minor bug fixes when generating NPCs and Buildings from a free subscription. NPCs and Buildings can now be properly placed in locations such as regions or kingdoms.
